Our Services

By submitting an order, you agree to purchase our services for personal use only. All services and products are non-refundable unless they fall under the conditions outlined in our refund policy. No warranties, express or implied, are provided. We strongly recommend reading these terms before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy outlines the specific situations in which refunds may be granted. Fable Publishers offers refunds only under special circumstances, as detailed below.

Change of Mind

You may be eligible for a full (100%) refund under the following conditions:

• A full refund is available before our writers begin work on your project.
• If you decide not to proceed for any reason, you may request a full refund within one hour of payment.

Incompetent Delivery

After your project has been delivered, you may request a refund only if:

• The delivered work does not meet the documented or clearly communicated project requirements.

We prioritize customer satisfaction by offering unlimited revisions to ensure the final work aligns with your expectations. We may reassign writers, rewrite content, or reserve free pages of equal value for future use.

In rare cases where the delivered work significantly deviates from agreed-upon requirements, a refund may be offered. The refund amount will be determined through mutual agreement based on the level of discrepancy.

Late Delivery

We strive to meet all deadlines and uphold our “On-Time Delivery” promise. If we fail to deliver on time, and you have attempted to contact us at least three times without resolution, a refund may be issued after verification that the delay occurred due to our fault.

Refund Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within the specified time period associated with your project’s delivery. Refund claims made after this period cannot be honored. Please review the applicable time frame carefully when placing your order.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Delays caused by the client, including late feedback or missing required information.
• Dissatisfaction with writing style or quality when the work meets the agreed project details.
• Minor issues such as grammar, typographical errors, minor word count differences, or missing references.
• In such cases, resolutions may include partial refunds, discounts, or credit for future services, determined through mutual agreement.
